BCW Intern Testimonials Summer 2023

Brief: Create video testimonials that resonated with potential applicants, highlighting the program's confidence-building, skill-developing opportunities and the rewarding challenges provided by our 10-week program.

Results: These stories, coupled with targeted social media campaigns like Instagram story takeovers with current interns, contributed to the highest level of interest in the program to date. 

BCW Tiny Mic Series

Brief: I ideated and brought to life BCW's Tiny Mic Series, featuring quick-fire Q&A with employees about all things BCW, from their internship experiences to our cool new HQ! Made for social-first platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, these bite-sized videos with upbeat music and relatable answers have already racked up +100,000 impressions and reached over 5,000 views per video.

Colgate Total: Totally Honest NYC Pop-Up

Brief: I led the content creation for Colgate Total’s Totally Honest Pop Up - an exciting pop-up event in NYC to anonymously admit the lies you’ve been telling your dentist. I captured the excitement and high engagement with the event through photo and video. I created event recaps for their TikTok, Instagram stories, and recap decks that narrated the spirit and excitement of the event.

Move with Jules

Brief: Move with Jules is all about making fitness accessible, efficient, and well-balanced. As a dedicated runner and marathoner, I share my experience in integrating running, pilates, and strength training into a sustainable routine. My goal is to help you build a well-rounded fitness lifestyle that maximizes performance, prevents burnout, and fits into your busy schedule.

BCW In The Hot Seat Series

Brief: I created and launched BCW In The Hot Seat, a monthly video series spotlighting BCW's Employee Resource Groups and individual employees across all levels. The videos feature a range of questions to get to know our employees a little better on a personal and professional level. We've seen an increase in ERG membership since launch, thanks to captivating stories like the one featuring our LGBTQ+ ERG's Pride Month initiative. It has also been a unique and effective way to highlight the great work our ERGs are doing and how it contributes to the culture at BCW. Working with our digital team, I implement engaging visual techniques and targeted social media strategies to reach both internal and external audiences.

BCW New HQ Promo

Brief: To create hype around BCW’s new headquarters, I produced a short reel of the new office space and highlight some of it’s best features. This video was received with excitement widely across BCW and external audiences boosting employees morale and attracting potential new hires.

Out East Eyewear


Brief: I created content for Out East Eyewear’s Instagram and Tik Tok. These assets varied from educational to experiential. Some big hits with consumers included:

  • How-to guides about face shapes empower consumers to make informed decisions about their eyewear, leading to higher satisfaction and brand loyalty.

  • A virtual try-on feature on Instagram to let potential customers see how our styles look on them before purchasing, reducing hesitation and increasing sales.

  • Quick features of new styles to keep content engaging and exciting
